We were here for a late lunch/early dinner on Sunday. Food was great, so was service. It not only tasted great, it was served quickly and with a smile. The restaurant has a nice "we're home" atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

Flavor of all the food was amazing. Very fresh and well presented. Al Pastor was excellent.

Always forget about this little quaint spot. Ordered the wet burrito, a little bit of a kick. Fish tacos were super fresh and seasoned to perfection. Happy to see that lunch is served from noon to closing. Would definitely come back to try their breakfast items. Super reasonable prices and great service.

Went there for lunch and sat outside in their shaded patio for lunch. The heat coming from the plastic shielding helped with the nice cool air that comes from the bay in this lower-seaside location. I had the guacamole which was very good, and the enchiladas, which were good. The waiter was very attentive and kept our drinks full. (I did not pay for meal, so I did not catch the price) Would I go back? Yes.

I'm a total sucker for these mom and pop Mexican food restaurants. My wife and I were over all the fancy offerings in Carmel and wanted some typical Mexican cuisine in a cozy setting. Plus it was an excuse to visit nearby Monterey. We arrived an hour before close and sat outside with our dog. It was a quiet street, but kind of a rough-looking neighborhood. Service was quick and friendly. They were accommodating of our dog and helped us get her a little Mexican food dinner as well. My wife had nachos as she was still full from lunch. I had a three taco plate (al pastor and barbacoa). Everything was excellent. Their rice and beans were phenomenal. Tacos were about as good as tacos get. In short, if you love real Mexican food, do yourself a favor and head over now!

Stopped by on a rainy day. I ordered 3 street tacos a la carte'. 2 barbacoas and 1 beef. Tacos were absolutely perfect! Delicious meats and fresh onions and cilantro. I also loved their hot sauce. Amazing tacos and friendly service. I will be back next time i'm in the area...
